BOND Beta – End User License Agreement (EULA)

Effective date: October 21, 2026

Parties. These terms are an agreement between you and Haim Cherin, a licensed sole proprietor (Osek Murshe) operating as Studio Cherin, HaRav Maimon 1, Apt 11, Sderot, Israel ("we"). By installing or using the Game, you agree to these terms. You must be at least 13 to use the Game. If you are under 18, you need the consent of a parent or guardian.

License. We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use this beta version for evaluation only, not for commercial use.

Restrictions. You may not copy, distribute, sell, modify or reverse-engineer the Game, except as permitted by law. You may not share screenshots or video of the beta without our written permission.

Ownership. All rights in the Game belong to us or our licensors, including code, art, characters, the BOND name, audio and video.

Feedback. We may use any feedback you send us freely and without compensation.

AS IS. THE BETA IS PRE-RELEASE SOFTWARE AND MAY CONTAIN BUGS. IT IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE", WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, INCLUDING ANY WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT OF THIRD-PARTY RIGHTS, UNINTERRUPTED OPERATION OR PRESERVATION OF SAVED PROGRESS.

Limitation of liability. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, OR FOR LOSS OF DATA OR PROFITS. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY IS LIMITED TO THE GREATER OF THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE GAME (₪0) OR ₪100 (ABOUT USD 25). Nothing in this section limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Termination. We may end the beta or this license at any time. You may stop using the Game and delete it at any time.

Apple-specific terms. This agreement is between you and us, not Apple. Apple is not responsible for the Game, its maintenance or support, product-warranty claims, product claims, intellectual-property infringement claims or legal compliance. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of this agreement and may enforce it. You represent that you are not located in a country subject to a US embargo and are not on any US list of restricted parties.

Governing law and venue. Israeli law governs this agreement. The competent courts of the Be'er Sheva district have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to the mandatory consumer-protection laws of your country.
